Not to be confused with the newer, mass produced Wenger GST line that pales in comparison to this true 27 jeweled, 4 hand, hi end movement (found in many old school Tag Heuer chrono watches) real chronograph watch. Engineered out of a solid block of stainless steel and designed to withstand some of the most severe climatic conditions found on mother earth. This classic timepiece is apx 25-26 years young yet has not seen significant actual wrist time during this time frame thus remains in overall very good to near excellent, gently used shape for it’s age. Sapphire crystal appears to be mark free. Anti-glare coating to crystal appears mark free. Dial is crisp & clear. Ratchet bezel operating properly and in near excellent shape with no obvious marks. All the black enamel painted sections appears to be fully intact with no missing paint. Case still looks amazing with fine scuffing on the sides. Caseback is very good with very fine hairlines and some micro scuffing which will never be seen when worn. OEM stainless steel bracelet shows the bulk of the wear consisting of light to moderate scuff & scratch marks. Moreso to the outer wrist segment and to the clasp. None of the reported wear is considered significant for a limited run watch in this age range that has been well maintained. Ready for most any water activities, playtime, extreme adventure, military personal or add to your collection to proudly display. Watch has always been professionally maintained and cleaned so it arrives without any accumulated dirt & grime from prior limited usages. Recently fitted with a fresh Energizer battery and running strong. ALL chrono functions operate as intended and calibrate to zero positions when reset. Some specifics : Wa tch measures just over 1 1/2 or 39 mm across case excluding crown, chrono pushers and lugs. Width between the lugs is 20mm. Individual links can esily be removed to find your perfect fit. This is not one of those refrigerator sized watches of today so it might look small on a very large wrist. Don’t forget you are also getting the brand new Hirsch leather strap as well. Included is the super cool, ultra rare watch, extra Hirsch sharkskin leather strap and a genuine Wenger presentation box (not original to watch). NO other boxes, extra links or paperwork but watch is relatively EZ to operate. Remember, the crown and chrono buttons are screw-down. They must be unscrewed to operate and MUST be screwed back down in order to retain any water resistance. Detailed chrono manuals can be found on the internet if so needed.
